The greatest tragedy in life
Is to have talents and giftings and do nothing with it.
Don’t live below and beneath your calling.
With your gifts and this teachings of Forty days of Favor that you have received,
God has given you the opportunity to receive favor and gave you a master key to open doors of possibilities
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord
One of the biggest problems we have today with the academia seeking employment is forgery and plagiarism. Faking an education with diplomas that was bought or submitting a final exam that was copied or stolen.
However, if at all the assignment that you have submitted is not your own words you redeem yourself by adding a footnote or a disclaimer, crediting the author or source of your submitted assignment. Meaning acknowledging who was the person that helped you achieve this achievement.
But before you frame and display it, don’t act like it was your own doing each every one of you here today should add a footnote like David said in Psalm 124
if it had not been the Lord who was on our side,
when men revolted against us, then they would have swallowed us up,
when their wrath was kindled against us;
then the flood would have overwhelmed us,
the torrent would have passed over our lives;
then the surging waters
Blessed be the Lord, who has not given us for a prey to their teeth.
We have escaped as a bird out of the snare of the hunters;
the snare is broken, and we have escaped.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
Never forget where God has brought you from with his help this marathon of Forty days would not have been possible.
It was God who took you out of Egypt
He parted your red sea
He led you through the dry dessert
He was your cloud by day
He was you pillar of light at night
He fed you manna when you had nothing to eat
He gave your water from a rock
He protected you from poisonous snakes, scorpions and stinging insects
To all students and graduates
“This is your time to shine”
Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good, for His steadfast love endures forever! Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from trouble and gathered in from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.
Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;
let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come before him with thanksgiving
and extol him with music and song.
For the Lord is the great God,
the great King above all gods.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
